Turn Over : The details required for just data based details. It's no more other activities by GSTN. So, don't worry...
TRAN 1 : Who wants ITC for previous Tax regime's related. They ll file TRAN 1 form. Otherwise no need...

All registered person who want to claim ITC which is shown as balance in earlier tax law, excise credit not taken earlier or deemed credit have to file TRAN-1.
