Tran 1 filling requirements
is it compulsory to file tran1 every body. if I don't want to take transitional credit then should I file it or not ?

yes you should file
No, if you do not want to carry forward your credit from earlier regime in GST, there is no need to file Tran 1. The credit will automatically lapse.
