A Person is made a Director of a Ltd. Co. By Fraud and He came To know now that he is a Director By a letter from ROC.
Now he want Himslef to Resign from it. He Has no contact with Co. Even Do not know that who are other directors.

Manish.. Any one can know about the directors of any Co. whether it is private limited or public limited from MCA site..the link for which has been given below..

Further, he can sue the Company for the froud done by the Company with him..
To Resign from Company the director must in written submit a resignation letter to the company about his willingness to resign. The company is in need to file Form 32 with ROC for the Resignation of a Director.
