CBDT annonced that last date for tax audit is extent to 30 Nov, 2008 for the A.Y. 2008-09 in Bihar.

It applicable only to Bihar or all over India?.
Because here (Tamilnadu) most of the work was affected due to Power shutdown. If they extend the time ,it will help us.
no.. it is extended only in bihar... that too might be for floods...
