A and B are in contract for supply of material. B further supply that material to C. In case A fails to supply material to B and due to same, B fails to supply the material to C. In this event, C can not sue A for its damages. this is a doctrine which prevent any party to sue or being sued by other party which are not part of the agreement.

in short koi bhi outsider contracting parties Ko Sue nhi kr Sakta😭
but some exceptions here which comes in foundation exam
meaning of orivity-the relation between the parties in a contract which entitles them to sue each other but prevents a third party from doing so.
