Termination of articleship
I am direct entry scheme student. having completed 9 months of articleship. I couldn't attend this november 2016 IPCC exam due to medical emergency. and also i have taken transfer from the firm in which i completed 9 months of articleship. I am in medication now which may continue for three more months. My query is can i attempt the examinations in the month of May 2017 with out articleship training?

Hi,
You can attempt may exams..according to me once you are eligible then you can give the exams and theres no such condition that the articleship must be continuing one.
However just check it up with your regional office once and also through esahayata.

if thats the case then any practicing ca can sign..once articleship is terminated theres no question of principal signing..

yeah sure..if incase you do not get satisfactory answers call at delhi or mumbai bkc branch and ask.
Because you have completed 9 months of your articleship as a DES student, you will be eligible for May 2017. As far as getting it signed is concerned, you net get it done from any Chartered Accountant. All the best!

This is my 2nd year of articalship .Due to some reasons i m unable to continue my articalship so ,, Agar mai apni articalship complet hone k baad me apni leave ktwakr extension leta hu to iska kya iffect hoga Q ki transfer mughe lena nahi hai or termination mil ni sakta. Advised me
