Government's Value for stamp Duty - 53. Lacs

Sir , my question is that provisions of Tds deduction @ 1% section 194-IA will be applicable ?

195(IA) will attract only if the sale consideration exceeds Rs.50lakhs.

you should deduct TDS @ 1%

May I ask that in my case Agreement value is 49.90 lacs , So Tds will not be apply ?

Since Mr.Kanj Goel sir has told that TDS to be deducted I asked, on what basis TDS to be deducted. Because the value is less than 50 L only.
