YES
Can employer deduct TDS of whole year in March of relavant F.Y ?
No, interest liable.....
TDS is required to be deducted at the time of booking or making payment, whichever is earlier.
Hence, it is required to be deducted on monthly basis.
No, it cant be done in the month of March only for the entire year.
