Dear Sir/Madam,
Rent Threshold limit is 180000 for deducting TDS. Is this provision applies if that payment made to 2 or more persons and payment to co-owners 100000 for each.

If there are a number of payees, each having definite and ascertainable share in the property, the limit of Rs. 1,80,000 will apply to each of the payee/co-owner separately.
