Dear All,
I m working with a event management company. For a event we aquired a building on rent for one day. Its charges is Rs 120000+Service tax. Now my query is TDS will be deduct or not .

TDS Will not applicable since threshold limit 1.80Lac Not crossed.
Thanks for reply ...but i have a doubt that any boundation on any single payment as like in case of contractor.
No, there is no such thershold limit for single payment.
