Please confirm TDS decleration who can given in case of Transportation business who hire truck from outside and place for transportation.

couldn't understand clearly,
but transporter if his fleet is less than 10 then he has to give a declaration to the hirer, so that he will not deduct tax on transportation company

BUT IF YOU TAKE TRUCK ON HIRE FROM MARKET FOR TRANSPORATION BUSNIESS THAN YOU SHOULD TAKE A NON TDS DECLERATION FORM AND PAN CARD COPY FROM THE TRUCK ONWER HOW HAS NOT MORE THAN 10 TRUCKS .
BUT IF ANY TRUCK OWNER DO NOT PROVIDE TO TDS DECLERATION FORM ,THAN YOU ARE LIABLE TO DEDUCTE TDS FROM THERE PAYMENT .
IF YOU WANTS THAT YOU CLIENT DO NOT DEDUCTE TDS FROM YOU PAYMENT SO THAT YOU SHOULD ALSO SUMBIT A NON TDS DECLERATION FORM AND PAN CARD COPY TO YOU CLIENTS
