HI Friends...Can you tell me if TDS is required on marine insurance and fire insurance premium ?? If yes why ?? ANd if no why ??

Yes, Under Section 194D.

TDS IS NOT APPLICABLE ON PREMIUM AMOUNT.

I Did Nt Read That Premium.

Its on Commission
