TDS on Gst bill
An NPO(Unregistered on Gst),while deducting TDS on gst bills.,on Taxable value or on Net amount payable should we calculate TDs...we are not availing ITC

TDS will be deducted on taxable value (total invoice value - gst amt)
AS PER ATTACHED CERCULAR NO 23/2017 TDS REQUIRED TO DEDUCTED ON TAXABLE VALUE AS WE DEDUCTED IN SERVICE TAX LAW
