TDS on Contractor U/S 194C

Hello to all,

In Last Budget,It Was Proposed & Passed That Under Section 194C, The Deductor Will Not Deduct TDS of Contractor if He Received The PAN Copy from Contractor & Fill Some Form /Format & Submitt to Department.

 

Any One Have That Format for Submitting to Department for Not Deducting TDS.

Then if I have to Deduct TDS, Then Wat to do Presently.
