TDS ON CONTRACT

sir in case of contract if my bill amount is 25,000 on 2nd august, 20000 on 2nd november then will i deduct no tds on bill amount as my total bill does not exceeds of rs 100000....am i right sir???? please give me feedback.

No need to deduct as single payment didn't exceed 30000 and the total didn't exceed 100000

sir if my bill amount is rs 35000 in case of contract then i will deduct tds and in 2nd bill is rs 20000 then also i will deduct tds as the assess comes under tds liability however his total bill amount does not exceeds of rs 100000 in f.y. am i right sir??? please give me feedback

I don't think it is required as single payment doesn't exceed 30000 and aggregate doesn't exceed 100000
