Generally AMC is contract for maintenance of any set-up or structure & it will not include Professional or Technical Services rendered to client. So it will be covered by 194C. But if contract contains any clause implying thereby rendering of Professional or Technical Services also, then it may go in gray area. Then on a safer side, it will be ok to go by 194J.
