i have a doubt that " in case of AMC, TDS is to be deducted under sec.194C or 194J ?????here AMC is for computer network, for lifts , for SBS MACHINE used for cutting notes & then convert them in to blocks.
please make it clear.......

I am not agreed with both replies. Provided AMC for just contract for repairing or any technical services provided by that company. If technical services provided then section 194j will be applicable.
