Is it so that the company is deducting TDS & not submitting the same to the Govt.?????
Since TDS is allowed based on the etds return filed by the deductor, the deductee can claim credit provided he enters the details of the deductor in the ITR form. TDS certificate is not a requirement so long as the return is e filed
