We have to make remittance to USA towards publisher payment ( technical services) shall we deduct TDS u/s 195 what is percentage and wha is the procedure . What are the forms to be filed. If anybody help me in thi I am very thankful to them.

U must deduct TDS @ 10% on Royality or Technical Fees paid if Aggrement made after 1-06-2005. U must submit FORM -27Q online U/S 195.
