If taxable, is it taxable using finance act rates or special rates?

All the long term capital gains (holding period 1 year or more) over redemption of equity funds including Balance Funds, ELSS etc...... are exempted till March 2018.
From 1st April liable to be taxed at 10%.........
All other Mutual fund schemes are taxable on redemption.....
