sir I want to know can I claim return for previous year
untill 30 march f.y. 15-16 is beleated after that its time barred
DIVYA DAS @ u can file return for a.y.16-17 & 17-18.
for return earlier than a.y.16-17 u have to take approval from cit for delay filing and it is only possible in refund case.
