mam, if any vat registered dealer has sold some goods in scrap and utilised the input vat of those goods earlier than what treatment he has to do for the goods sold in scrap below cost price....does he has to pay to the govt the input vat he utilised on earlier outpat vat sales or has to pay vat on the scrap sale value amount...
