Tax audit due date extension

No, y they will extend the due date..If any emergnecy then only due date will get extended...

Pls. suggest me about the TAX Audit  & e-filing for the A.Y-12-13 :

Querry :

one of my brother who is an Individual has 2 Proprietory Conerns, both the 2 concerns are under TAX audit . So How to fillup in the e-filing software about these two concerns balance sheet & Profit loss account in ITR_4 Form. PLS. SUGGEST ME. AWAITING FOR REPLY.

It's all depends on the government of India.It can be extend by govt....

@ chitrasen parida : plz note dt return must be filled consolidating line by line all balance sheet and profit and loss items..single consolidated b/l sheet and p/L will be uploaded using ITR 4 ( being individual)

one consolidated balance sheet/ Profit and loss for all business in same PAN,  will be made for 3CD, and that only would be filed with form 4.

The due date for filing of Tax Audit Report is September 30, 2012 and has not yet been extended by the Government

not extended yet...

but as heard from the internal sources, there is more than probable chance of extension due to various reasons. You may come to hear the public announcement today or by tomorrow...

however, it is advised for your best interest to finalize as much as you can before 30th Sep.
