what do u mean they will get it...I don't understand..the institute will itself make arrangements for giving it to them..or the CA will have to apply to the institute or go to the branch for it or what?

If you are a practicing CA and registered under ICAI, you will get Tally Auditor edition for free

this is free until 31st December 2008. Post which the same would be available at a charge which is to be decided.

I think only nominal charges will be collected..

You have to use Tally72migration.exe (which is available in Tally 9 installed folder to migrate data from Tally 5.4 or Tally 6.3 or Tally 7.2 data to Tally 9
