Tally 7.2 error : company data details changed

Hi Team,

   I am using Tally 7.2 for my local accounting purpose. But there was power off while I was working on Tally.

   Now, When I try to open the company in the Tally, it gives me following error :

  Company 0003 :Company data details changed. Need to rewrite before proceeding.

 I tried to recover the account with Ctrl + Shift + R option. But there is no change.

 How can I resolve this problem ?

  Any Suggestion ?
