Please suggest, whether T-2 is required if materials is being purchased by Delhi Dealer from Haryana Dealer and sold in-transit to Rajsthan dealer by endorsing with Form E1+C. The such materials do not enter in to boundary of Delhi any way. Pls refer FAQ of DVAT available for filing of T-2.

t, it is considered necessary that the details of invoices and goods
receipt note in respect of goods purchased or received as stock transfer from outside Delhi be
sought from the dealers of Delhi online. Form T-2 prescribed/notified by the Commissioner,
respect of goods purchased to be furnish T-2 online so its convenient to department.
