I have filed ITC-03 successfully with offline tool. But while making payment (offset liability) : "system error" message is coming. I am trying from Morning but same error message come. Anybody else facing such problem ?

Dear Members,
I am trying to file ITC-03 from many days through offine utility but getting Error as Error in processing request. Please Upload Again.
Further to above,
a] Trials made by uploading new offline tool every time, could not work
b] Tried to upload after disable of Anit virus tool. Could not work
c] ITC-03 was filing all the time after successfull validation.
I have raised the complaint token with GST Help Line long back, till now we have not received any help from them
Kindly help me in filing of ITC-03

I am also trying to upload from Last 1.5 + Months but unable to file. Greivance raised by me is also not resolved yet. GST Help Desk Tel No have no idea about the same.

Has anyone filed ITC 03 ?
I am getting the same error as everyone has mentioned above. Have already raised a grievance with the department but no solution from that end.
It throws out from the page once clicked on filed return and then we get an error of page not found (Error page PDF attached here).
Please help on this.
