System error occurred!! please try again after sometime

This message is appearing for last 6 days during new registration / first time log in. Clients are suffering because they are not getting registration certificate. A COMPLETE DISASTER IN GST PORTAL. Can i know which IT Company has developed this website ??? When will the problem be resolved ??????

Somebody get successful sign up yesterday the same error...
we have tried numerous time still getting same error

Problem SOLVED !!!! 

I can log in as 'NEW USER' by the given 'PROVISIONAL ID' and 'PASSWORD'.

I am also getting same message since 20 days, But helpdesk not solving problem

I am registered GST dealer and paid GST upto September 2017.

 

At the time of migration my auditor put his mobile number and Email ID in primary authorize signatory, So I request my Area Tax Officer to change  the Email Id and Mobile number So I get OTP and all correspondence in my mobile and in my mail.

 

My concern area tax office is " ACTO, Mahankali Circle, Secunderabad Division, Telangana"

 

My Area  Concern Officer do the same and I got mail from "donotreply @ gst.gov.in" and received Username and temporary password to change my User Id.

 

I login from this user Id and temporary password under first time login page, and portal ask  Mobile number and  mail Id. I filled the same and I got OTP in my mobile phone and mail address , after submitting OTP new window open where I can made new User ID as my choice and make new password, But after entering New user Id and password portal says."System error occred , try after some time." (screen shot is attached)

 

I have tried day and night from 2.11.2017 to till to date and make hundreds calls to GST helplines, and So many mail to help desk but I am not getting any proper solution from Help desk or from My Commercial Tax office.  I am also attaching list of email call registration herewith.

 

I am not able to file my GSTR3B return for October 2017 and pay the  taxes.

 

I once again request the authority to create my User name so I can login the portal and pay the Taxes.

tried all trick, but not work.

Oh God... These are very bad under GST...
Also system is under construction. So, wait and continue your complaint to CBEC....
If you you don't mind, give your latest user name and password I'll try to it... 🤔
dont give same mobile number and email id for all directors kindly change mobile number and email id that proplem solved change in promoters details coloum
