Whether surcharge is applicable on Income Tax payable by the Individual in case income exceeds Rs.10 lakhs for the current year i.e financial year 2009-10.

yes surcharge on individual , huf, aop, boi, ajp has been abolished w.e.f. AY 2010-11 & also on partnership
