Suggestion required on a serious matter !!!

First i will ask you to go and sleep now because you are drunk. Tomorrow when you come again on this forum not drunked, i will confirm the fairness of this situation. Even then if you say this information is true, keep that info and forward it immediately to ICAI. Don't wait for 6 months. When you are done with your articleship, just whack your boss for treating you badly. After that gift him with a first-aid box along with some dry fruits....

I agree with u but i thing u have problem from ur employer not from other article either rgular or dummy. so u should talk with ur CA about that matter , and if u still having problem approch to direct ICAI agaist ur Employer , Not against other article. But in my opinion if ur articleship remain only six month then please be carefull. Best of Luck

It is your right to improve your situation by talking to your CA. But at the same time it is not ur right to ruin the lives of other articles whether regular or dummy .

A thousand people are taking dummies. What is the fault of those 5.

And let me tell u what will happen practically if you report that they are dummy :

Your CA and dummies may unite against you. False work diaries will be prepared and cheques for articleships shall be issued. Your CA will testify that you urself are dummy and your claims are false.

In the end you urself will end up in a mess and will write a new discussion on the forum " Caught in false dummy case ... What to do now ? "

Better concentrate on your own life and complete ur last 6 months in peace. Don't try to be "satya ka pujari or you'll end up filing a fresh deed of articles for 3 years .

Who is telling to make your case weak?????  What is wrong is wrong??? Can false cheques be issued for 3 yrs and encashed also at the  same time???(when issue hots up) It will not be very easy  for dummies to prove themselves. If one wants, he/she can ask  CA and even those dummies to touch your feet. Just play smart. Do all this preferably after getting form 108 signed. You will be better knowing what are the loopholes of your CA. Encash it to prove your case.

Its true that India is a jugaad country. Koi khada hota saanp ke khilaaf toh lagta peeche ek mad dog khada hua hai... Alas... kuch bhi nahin ho sakta is India ka itne assani se... India ko singapore banane ki sochte hain to ek taraf maoist nazar aate hain.. Koi development ka project start hota hai toh politicians apni jeb bharte hain.... what to do????? Suppose if tomorrow someone close to you is doing dummy, will you tolerate it??? Will you be able to see your bro/sister to suffer the consequences of dummy ship in his/her real life????

The matter is serious but the ICAI is not taking so... I think Kishore is right but if you have data why don't you meet personally to MR. President in this regard. If you need some CA's to be with you as a team, I'm always there to support.

if the article (who hard work for 10 hrs) complaint about the same to the institute, the institute shall take action against 5 dummy and innocent aricle but no action against principal...

they are innocent because, they took articleship as dummy because they don't want to suffer articleship like a DAS.. .

No need to file any complaint with ICAI…..All 5 assistance are spoiling their future themselves…what else can you ask for…Can ICAI spoil their career in this perfect way….hehe

So let them continue…

Stop observing them….and focus on your work……you are quite lucky that you are getting work….agreed things are a bit unfair…….but you may convert them into positive by your positive thinking…..

Kindly consider you are gaining knowledge…….and your boss is dependent on you for the discussion and suggestions…….because you are handling the work…..

I totally agree with U. I think even today there are 20% articles are dummy or semi-dummy, Institute says they have taken few steps but that also had not worked as effective as required.

We should apply to the Institute to impose a yearly or half monthly review of all articles, either with exam forms, or online or by post. There should be one seperate mail id for complain and suggessations to improve the system.
