what about procedure for submission of power of attorney with form no.1.
Dear Pawan,
After april 01 E-stamping is mandatory. So you have 2 choices:
1. Scan the whole MOA and AOA with original signed subscripttion page. In this case there is no need to file physical docs with ROC.
2. In case size of attachment increases than attach only MOA and file AOA with form 67 as addendum.
Also attach POA on Rs. 10 stamp paper.
