Dear Kanika,
As per my knowledge, in Hyd 20 Rupees Non judicial stamp paper is required which should be notarized with 2 witnesses. so, value of stamp paper will be same in delhi also.

For filing of Defunt under EES..
Indemnity Bond is given on Rs. 100 stamp paper( for each Director)
Affidavits on Rs. 10 stamp paper ( for each Director)
