I applied for Company incorporation and filed spice form and also filed Tan and Pan details now company is incorporated but pan and tan status' Pending for issuance of PAN/TAN' do I need to file any document for PAN TAN in roc?

no...only spice form
you have to upload PAN form separately... after downloading the same and uploading
pending for issuance of pan tan means you have to wait for the time being and income tax department is in the process of issaunce of pan tan.and u don't need to do anything.please check srn till tomorrow evening you will get the company pan and tan also.
PAN and TAN takes time to come.
We got mail from Income tax department and PAN and TAN is already issued but on MCA SRN status is still showing Pending for issuance of PAN/TAN'
What to do now
raise the ticket on MCA for pending pan & tan
