It is requested to you plz forward the details of NGO Registration in U.P. and also their Formate In this reagrd i.e.

01. Formate of Memorandum of Association and By-Laws.

02. Formate of Memorandum and by Law are strictly to be as per the guidelines in Society Registration Act.

03. Formate of Board of Resulation.

04. Formate of Affidavit saying that the Society name proposed.

In this regard your earlier action would be highly appreciated.
