Can small shareholder appoint more than one small shareholder director?

no only one director can be appoint as a small shareholder director..

Chairman of board is count in quorum? If yes then how he vote other than second/casting vote? If no than suppose pvt. Company quorum limit is 2(total director is 3), chairman is not present, director appoint 1 chairman among themselve.

in case he is a member of company
chairman has casting vote.. if equal no of votes cast in against and favour then the chairman has right to vote.
Meenakshi u right but I say that other than casting vote. OK forget,what about quorum? He count or not. I think he counts. But problem arise when 2 director present and one appoint as chairman among themselve and how he vote other than casting vote. Please confirm me...
