HI FRIENDS,

I finished my articleship from hyderabad on 26th june..submitted form 108 on 11th july...not yet received any certificate from institute...now i got transfered to mumbai and going to apply my pcc examination from here....plz confirm me my two queries...

1. do the signature of principle to be taken mandatorily from hyderabad or can i take the signature from any c.a in mumbai

2. howlong do i need to wait to receive the certificate of service...

I posted the same query and i was answered by an expert that

you can get the exam application form attested by "any" c.a. in practice.

and was said that , it usually takes "30 days" from the date of receipt of ur form 108 by the institute, to get ur certificate of service.

1. U cn get sign of any ca in practice 2. Contact e-sahayta abt it. . .i got my letr within 20 days as i started to ask at e-sahayta aftr 10 days of sending form 108.

thanks for the replies friends..

i too heard from some expert that the students writing pcc need to get the signature on exam form with the principal where i finished my articleship..eventhough the articleship got finished...

only students writing final exams have an option to get signature from any of the practising c.a

if your statements are true, plz provide me the link where the said provision is provided for...
