7 days minimum limit is for EGM and not for AGM.. Section 101 doesn't prescribed any time limit of shorter notice.... Section 101 only told that you can call an AGM at shorter notice i. e less than clear 21 days if 95% shareholders agree... In co act 1956 it is 100%
