Share Warrant means a document which indicates that the bearer of the share warrant is entitled to the specified number of shares. Here, it gives a right to a person to buy the shares of particular entity but not an obligation.

Share Allotment Letter means Document that details and confirms the amount or number of securities allotted to an applicant for a new issue or a rights issue. Here, the shares are already allotted to the person.
