Amended Companies Act 1956 has been notified from 1.4.2014 but new share transfer form 7B is not available on MCA website.
Can any one suggest a way out ??? I am told old forms are not being revalidated.

New share transfer form under CA 2013 need not be stamped by ROC. Hence there is no expiry period. It should be submitted to company within 60 days of execution.
