Institute material is the best forever for SFM

Dr JB Gupta is very good book very much self study oriented.i felt while reading,

its more of class notes converetd in to text book.A layman can understand easily.

Other text books which i referred ve adopted cut copy paste business.

PADUKA is also good...the theory is good and practical questions are also well covered...overall a good book for self study...
