but i think it's totally a new subject for a CA student having no/liitle practical knowledge about it...& the same is not there at inter level of CA...so i think there is a need of practical oriented Classes...u can go for Kalra sir..i heard that he's is gud..for practical knowledge go for Rajeev singh in etenca

You should join Ascent Financials without even thinking twice. They have excellent teaching method. We are never asked to just memorize things. An explanation is always available for anything that is asked in class.

The best thing are the  real companies examples to explain a topic. For example in class for dividend policy we analyzed dividend policy of Google along with its balance sheet. It was very exciting.

Follow a process..

First you need to understand the all d topics given in the ICAI modules and den refer Sridhar's book for new syllabus and concentrate more on practical theory and its application over all the questions..i have scored 69 in the last attempt...dont forgt to solve past 2 to 3 attempt RTPs...

So ur Source shud be module, Sridhar,RTP.and compilation..
