we are using HAMMALS , these are persons available in market with no tax registration for loading and unloading of goods for our goods as and when required...Do we have to pay GST on this ? will this be under RCM...do we have to issue invoice...at what GST rate ? Is this paid GST can be taken as Input credit ?

Yes you have to paid GST on this and its not comes under RCM but as per the ACt if registered person purchase any goods or services from unregistered person than the registered person to pay GST on that goods or services and take the appropriate credit as per the rule.
Thanks...means we have to issue invoice from ourside with GST and then claim as input credit later on ? I hope i have understood this from u...what is GST tax rate in this.

It is not complusory to make invoice just make voucher or any document that you have taken the services of Rs 2000
and there is no specific rate for this services so 18% you have to pay in this.
