Sir,

While annual e-filing of returns I have been advised to use form adt-1 as an attachment of e-form GNL-2 instead of Form 23-B.

But the problem is the mandatory field of SRN of 23 B in Form 23 AC . As i am not filing 23B as the same was repealed under the new companies act,2013 i cant enter the SRN in Form 23AC which is a mandatory field.

I want to know the solution for annual e-filing. Hoping a quick reply with a effective solution

Hi, Form 23B no longer exists....for the same you have to use form ADT-1 as an attachment of e-form GNL-2. So I think in the Form 23AC, for SRN of 23B, you have to give the SRN you will get after filing the GNL 2....... I think this will solve the problem..... If not you raise a ticket at the MCA portal for the same.... Regards
