My client supply (mosquito hit machine) gs and service provider (mosquito spray service by road) to local authority or goverment office this supply and service taxable or not pls reply.

My client invoice raised to last one year (service mosquito spray service by road) he raised all invoices (incl. of materials and machine spray service)
yet not tax collected from govt. or local authorities.
He eligible exempt option or taxable
pls guide me sir..
