Can you please share which books you were referring on the above two subjects and what was the strategy for your preparation (just give a gist)?

For ISCA i would suggest prepare from begining onwards.Make notes and points well in advance of main topics.You can take help of suggested answer for that.Once a question comes from your hand written notes try to write all the points without deviation or guess.Your notes should not be bulky only 20 to 25 page will solve the purpose.As the syllabus is huge of complete 2nd group we are bound to take guess in ISCA.But those question which ICAI repeats in final exam are common once you see suggested of prevoius 6 attempts seriously.And last not the least plz do read your notes on daily basis.25 pages hi toh padhna hai.

hand written notes are helpful but in final facing prblm wich topics are less important to be left.........
