Sending emloyees/people to abroad

Hi, My company is getting an opportunity to sending work personels to Germany, for that i want to know what type of paper work i need to get done and which type of taxes i have to pay to government i.e GST, Income tax. We also have option to send people on our payroll or send them direct on foreign company's payroll, which option is better for my company. Pls suggest.

As far as Applicability of GST , No GST is applicable.

You must receive your payment in foreign convertible currency (and other export rules), then and only it will be treated as eport and Rate of GST will be ZERO
