Please guide if purchase or service received from unregistered dealer then we have to generated self invoice against them, and will be prepare two different voucher 1st - purchase invoice and 2nd payment voucher, can I make payment voucher as a payment cum purchase invoice.

suppose I have purchase stationary item from URD for office use and I have paid 6000/- in cash, I want to make only one payment voucher in which SGST and CGST will be mentioned, is it possible or I have to make two different voucher 1. purchase Invoice for purchase from URD and 2. payment voucher.
