what is the provision for section 80ddb?
my confusion is that which amt specified for senior citizens whose age more than 80 is 80,000 or 1,00,000 for deduction?

from a. y. 2019-20, under 80ddb, 100000 or actual expenditure incurred whichever is less, is allowed. in any other cases, it's 40000
