Let me try to explain again, ITO has raised the demand for unexplained investment u/s 69 of the IT act, but the assessee has not made any investment yet. On this ITO says that investment will took place in future thus his demand valid. So please let me know whether the demand is valid or not and please provide case laws if any on the said case
