Dear Members,
In the notification of this Section 314 dt 06.04.2011, it says it will come into force when it will be published in the Official Gazzete.
Where will i find this published thing.
If anyone has it then plz provide me with teh copy of the same.

Hi Mayuri,
It is already published on the same day. you can find the same on MCA.
Actually for Notification it has to be notified in Gazate and therefore that wording will come...that to be published it imples that they are going to publish
